MONOTUBES

Monotube is our flagship product. It is made of a standard multi-polar electric cable together with a steam resistant rubber hose, braided with polyester synthetic fiber. It is realized using only certified raw materials and first quality components.

TUBE Silicone or EPDM
ELECTRIC CABLE H05BB-F or H05GG-F (from 2 up to 5 wires, each with section from 0,75 to 1 mm2 ); 05BB-F or 05GG-F (more than 5 wires).

HSJ (from 3 up to 5 wires, each with section of 16/18 AWG).
BRAIDING Polyester, rayon, cotton.

Braiding is performed on 32 spindle braiding machines.
FURTHER INFO It can be supplied in bundles, reels or cut at lenght and finished according to customer’s drawing.

Upon request we can assemble thermoplastic components such as:

  • quick connection plugs for professional steam cleaners;
  • iron handles;
  • moulded sleeves for steam cleaners;
  • other plastic or electric components.

BRAIDED CABLES

For professional ironing systems we can produce braided multipolar electric cables.

ELECTRIC CABLE H03RT-F or H03RT-H (from 2 up to 5 wires, each with section from 0,75 to 1,5 mm2); 03RT-H or 03RT-F (more than 5 wires).
