EXTRUDED TUBES
We manufacture a complete range of extruded rubber and silicone tubing, supplied in coils, on reels or as cut lengths, and produced to customer drawings and specifications.
Using carefully selected materials and advanced extrusion technology, our tubes deliver high performance for both complex industrial applications and specific design requirements.
Production takes place on state-of-the-art, high-output lines built for reliability, fitted with electronic outside diameter monitoring systems that ensure dimensional consistency and uniform quality throughout the process.
- HTV silicone tubing is manufactured on lines equipped with infrared and/or hot-air vulcanisation ovens, followed by post-curing in forced-air ovens.
- EPDM, NBR and VAMAC tubes are produced on extrusion lines with salt bath vulcanisation, a technology that delivers high performance and robustness.
The result is a product line that combines precision, reliability and durability, meeting the needs of a wide variety of industries and applications.

A versatile solution suitable for a broad spectrum of applications. Our tubes are available in diameters from 1 mm to 70 mm, with a minimum wall thickness of 0.10 mm and specific hardness ranges depending on the material and formulation required. For the food industry, we manufacture tubes from compounds certified for food contact (MOCA), in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), to ensure maximum hygiene and safety even in direct contact with food.

Tubes with a synthetic fibre braid (polyester or nylon), designed for greater pressure resistance and enhanced protection in professional applications. On request, the covering can be bonded to the tube with adhesive or an outer silicone coating, to enable and simplify subsequent cutting and assembly.
