Our technical materials for reliable performance
Choosing the right material is a fundamental step in ensuring the performance and durability of every component. Ti.Emme.Ti uses silicone and speciality rubbers to manufacture custom products designed to withstand mechanical stress, high temperatures, chemicals and environmental exposure. Each material is selected for the end application, providing reliable, high-performance solutions across a range of sectors: from automotive to electrical, from industrial to food.
SILICONES
One of our strengths is the in-house production of silicone compound, the base material for all our silicone products. Ti.Emme.Ti mixes silicone rubbers in-house with curing systems, additives, pigments and reinforcing fillers to create compounds tailored to each application.
- VMQ (Silicone)
- FVMQ (Fluorosilicone)
RUBBERS
Synthetic rubbers offer versatile solutions with a wide range of mechanical and chemical properties. With the many formulations available, they suit a broad spectrum of industrial applications, combining competitive costs with reliable performance.
- EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer)
- NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber)
- VAMAC – AEM (Ethylene Acrylate)
ELECTRICAL CABLES
The quality of an electrical product starts with the choice of materials. We use a carefully selected range of cables designed to ensure safety, reliability and high performance across a variety of applications. The main types are:
- Rubber cables (H05BB, H05GG)
- AWG rubber cables (HSJ)
- Rubber cables with cotton filler (03RT)
- Multi-core PVC cables (H05VV)
- Single-core PVC cables (H05V2)
