Moulded gaskets
Ti.Emme.Ti manufactures moulded gaskets to customer drawings, ideal for both highly technical requirements and more creative applications. Our gaskets are produced by compression or injection moulding on horizontal and vertical presses, using the best elastomer for each project.
Available types

Moulded rubber (EPDM, NBR) gaskets are the standard for industrial applications, where synthetic rubber stands out among elastomers for its excellent balance of durability, weather resistance and cost-effectiveness. EPDM gaskets deliver outstanding performance in steam-contact applications such as valve seals, rubber sheets, iron rest mats, boiler gaskets and O-rings.

HTV (High Temperature Vulcanising) silicone is a high-consistency silicone rubber (HCR) that is vulcanised at high temperature. It is used for most industrial gaskets, where silicone is the material of choice for its mechanical properties and high temperature resistance, as well as for food-contact products, where certified compounds ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.

LSR (Liquid Silicone Rubber) gaskets combine manufacturing precision, a flawless finish and biocompatibility. Produced by injection moulding, they are suited to sophisticated applications and high-volume production. They are suitable for a wide variety of uses, including the food industry, where hygiene and material quality are paramount, and the electrical transmission and distribution sector, where electrically conductive grades can be used.
O-OK Eyeglass Hang-up
