In-house design and manufacture of extrusion dies

Producing our own dies in-house gives us complete control over the quality of the extrusion process, the scope for customisation and the speed at which we can develop new products. Designing and manufacturing dies ourselves allows us to produce profiles that meet the customer’s technical specifications exactly, optimise production processes and deliver repeatable performance.

Co-design and engineering
