Monotubes
Monotubes are one of Ti.Emme.Ti’s flagship products, designed to ensure efficiency, safety and operational continuity. They consist of a standard-compliant multi-core electrical cable and a steam-resistant rubber or silicone tube, encased in a synthetic polyester or other technical fibre covering.
Monotubes can be supplied:
- In coils or on reels, for further processing by the customer.
- Cut to length, for subsequent finishing.
- Partially or fully processed (stripped and wired to the customer's specification), ready for assembly.

To simplify assembly, Ti.Emme.Ti monotubes can also be made with overmoulded sleeves or cable grommets, a patented solution that:
– Prevents the textile covering from fraying or coming away.
– Makes it easier to fit the monotube into chassis or housings.
– Keeps the monotube tidy and secure, as it can be fixed directly to the ironing board’s cord holder.
