EXTRUDED PROFILES
We manufacture extruded profiles to customer drawings on modern, highly efficient and reliable extrusion lines, equipped with electronic dimensional monitoring systems to ensure consistency and precision at every stage of the production process.
With our in-house toolroom, we produce our own extrusion dies and support customers throughout the product design and approval process. Profiles are supplied in coils, on reels or as cut lengths, and on request we offer additional processing such as hot splicing and die-cutting.

Multi-cavity dies allow several identical profiles to be extruded simultaneously, joined together but easily separated. This helps cut production costs and ensures high productivity in the customer’s downstream processing.
